Have trouble adding a credit card to your account? Then you're probably seeing this error message.
This issue might be happening because:
- The card is a prepaid debit card (which we don't support right now).
- The credit card is a personal card. Accounts Payable can only process commercial, corporate or business credit cards.
- The address you entered is incorrect. Make sure that the zip code you entered is 5 digits and unhyphenated.
