Live chat
Use live chat to talk to customer support during operating hours. Here's how to find it:
1 - Sign in to Accounts Payable.
2 - Select Settings.
3 - Scroll to the bottom and select Support, OR select the Support bubble at the bottom of the left side bar.
4 - Under the Contact us section, select Start a chat to open live chat.
Our customer support team will be there to help you.
Submit a Help Request
You can also submit a request to the support team outside of operating hours.
To do it:
1 - Go to the Accounts Payable help center.
2 - In the upper right corner of the screen select Submit a Request.
3 - Fill in the request form and select Submit.
