How to cancel a scheduled payment

You can easily cancel scheduled payments right up to the day they're scheduled to start processing. Note that if the payment has already been collected, you’ll need to contact our payment operations team to cancel it.

How to cancel a scheduled payment

Follow these steps to cancel a scheduled payment:

1 - Go to Pay on the left sidebar.

2 - Select the Payments tab.

3 - Locate the desired payment in the Scheduled status. 

4 - Select the three-dot icon on the right side.

5 - In the pop-up menu, select Cancel payment.

Note: Alternatively, you can select the desired payment from the list and cancel it from the Payment and bill details window by selecting Cancel payment.

6 - Confirm the action by selecting Cancel payment in the pop-up window.

That’s it. You successfully cancelled a scheduled payment.

After that, the bill will return to the Bills tab, where you can reschedule, edit, delete, or mark it as paid.
