How to log in to Accounts Payable

This guide explains how to log in to your Capital One Business Accounts Payable, whether it's your first time or you're a returning user.

In this article:

New users: First-time setup

1 - Log in to your Capital One Business account and select the relevant account.

2 - Now, you have a few ways to access Accounts Payable

  • From the Home Page, select Accounts Payable. 

  • From the Account Summary page, select Manage Accounts Payable.

  • From your business dashboard, select Explore Accounts Payable.

3 - Then, select Get started with Accounts Payable.

Please note: If the “Get started” button is grayed out, you may need to provide more information to complete your account setup via phone or in your account profile.

4 - A pop-up window will appear asking you to read and agree to the Terms of Service. To proceed, select Get started with Accounts Payable within the window.

5 - Complete 2-step verification using either your mobile number or the Capital One mobile app.

6 - Once you complete these steps, your Accounts Payable account will be successfully set up.
