Set up Accounts Payable for your business, to start paying bills quickly and easily. It takes just minutes and it’s free.

Logging in for the first time
Here’s how:
1. Log into your Capital One Business account and select the relevant account.
2. Click Manage Accounts Payable.
3. In the Accounts Payable portal, select Get started.
4. In the pop-up, select Get Started again to begin.
5. You’ll need to complete verification using either your mobile number or the Capital One mobile app. Following this, you should be all set up.
6. Welcome to Accounts Payable! You’re ready to create your first payment.

7. The first thing you’ll see is the dashboard, where you track and manage your business bill payments.
Tip: Add bills, and vendors, and sync your accounting software
To make the most of Accounts Payable, start by adding vendors to your contacts list, syncing with your QuickBooks Online account, or paying your first business bill.
Logging in after your first time
Once you’re set up, you’ll be able to log in easily.
Here’s how:
1. Log into your Capital One Business account and select the relevant account.
2. Click Manage Accounts Payable.
