Track the progress of your payment

Once you understand the timelines for different payment and delivery methods, this article will help you track your payments as soon as the funds have been collected.

Payment journey

Payments have a very linear journey:

1 - When you upload a bill, it appears in your Bills tab.

2 - After you schedule a future payment, it moves to the Payments tab with the status set to Scheduled.

3 - When we collect the funds on the scheduled debit date, the payment status changes to In Progress.

4 - When the payment is sent to the vendor, the status changes to Paid.

5 - If the payment is unsuccessful, the status will change to Failed.

When the payment status changes to Paid, the payment progress bar helps you monitor the rest of the journey. 

To view it, select the desired payment. The payment progress bar is displayed at the top of the pop-up window.

There are three stages on the payment progress bar: 

1 - Debited: The money was collected from your account.

2 - Sent/In transit: The payment is being processed.

For payments that are Paid, these stages will appear together.

3 - Deposited: The money has been successfully delivered to the vendor’s account.

Additionally, when a payment is cleared and reaches the Deposited stage, the Paid status will be shown above the payment progress bar.
